I’ve rated it four stars simply to keep people’s expectations realistic. I’ve been using the A11 for around six weeks now, and the improvement is definitely there. My skin is firmer, old acne scars are fading, and my complexion looks much brighter.
Results don’t happen after just one or two sessions; it does take consistent use. The pen itself is really well built though. Battery life is excellent, only needing a charge every few weeks, and the induction charging stand is really handy.
Don’t expect dramatic changes in a week. Keep using it consistently, and you’ll be pleased with the results.

I've had pitted scars on my cheeks for over 15 years. Tried lasers (expensive and painful), chemical peels (meh), and every serum on the market. Nothing made a real dent until I started microneedling at home with the A11. I go to 1.25mm depth on my scars and after about eight sessions, they are visibly softer. Not completely gone, but I don't feel embarrassed in harsh lighting anymore. The pen glides smoothly and the adjustable speed helps me treat different areas comfortably. If you have real texture issues, this is the pen to get. Just be patient and consistent.
