Shipping Policy

At Dr. Pen Official Store, we are dedicated to delivering our professional at-home microneedling devices and skincare products efficiently and reliably to our customers.

Shipping Countries

  • United States: We ship within the contiguous United States. (Please note: We are currently unable to deliver to Alaska, American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces of the Americas, Armed Forces of Europe, and Armed Forces of the Pacific.)

Processing & Shipping Times

  • Order Processing: Once your order is placed, please allow 2-3 business days for order processing before it is shipped.(Orders placed after 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time will be processed the following day.)

  • US Shipping: Shipping within the contiguous US usually takes 5-7 business days.

  • International Shipping (Canada & Mexico): Delivery times vary between 14-25 days depending on the destination and customs processing.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order.

  • Shipping Confirmation: You will receive a second email containing your tracking number once your order has officially shipped.

  • Delivery Status: You can use the provided tracking number to monitor your order's progress or view your account for delivery status updates.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Local taxes and import duties are not included in our shipping fees and may apply in certain countries. The responsibility for all customs duties and taxes lies with the buyer or recipient of the shipment. We recommend verifying any potential charges with your country's customs office before placing an order.

Return Shipping Costs: Costs associated with return shipping for non-defective returns must be borne by the customer, as detailed in our Return and Refund Policy.

We strive to ensure timely delivery but cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control.
