Dr.pen warrants that its professional at-home microneedling devices and skincare tools, when purchased from our official store or any authorized dealer and under normal use, are free from defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty coverage includes a standard 1-Year Warranty from the original date of delivery, plus an Additional 1-Year Extended Warranty available through product registration on our official website.

Who is Covered?
This limited warranty applies solely to the customer who originally purchased the Dr.pen device directly from our official store or an authorized seller. It does not extend to any subsequent owner. Products obtained from unauthorized sellers, third-party unauthorized internet sites, or secondhand platforms are not eligible for coverage under this warranty.

Extended Warranty Registration
We offer an additional 1-year warranty extension for all devices registered on our official website within 30 days of purchase. This extension ensures prolonged protection for your investment and keeps you updated on optimal skincare practices.

What is Not Covered?
This limited warranty strictly covers manufacturing defects and does not cover damages resulting from:

  • Human-Caused Damage: Accidents, drops, misuse, abuse, exposure to excessive heat, tampering, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Liquid Damage: Device failure due to water, serums, or liquid submersion (our devices are not fully waterproof and must not be washed directly under running water; liquids should not enter the motor).
  • Unauthorized Service: Service operations or repairs carried out by unauthorized agencies or individuals.
  • Improper Power Supply: Electrical damage caused by using third-party, incompatible, or fast-charging adapters not rated for the device.
  • Consumable Parts: Normal wear and tear or depletion of consumable parts, explicitly including single-use replacement needle cartridges and natural battery degradation over time, unless failure has occurred due to a direct defect in materials.

Warranty Solutions
We stand proudly behind the quality of Dr.pen devices. During the warranty period, if a defect in the device arises and our technical team validates the claim, we will:

  • Within 90 Days: Provide a completely free replacement of the main device (as part of our 90-Day Quality Guarantee).
  • After 90 Days (up to the end of your warranty period): Repair the defective device at no cost using new or refurbished replacement parts, or replace it with a new or refurbished Dr.pen device at our discretion.

How to Obtain Warranty Service?
To obtain warranty service from Dr.pen:

  1. Contact our Customer Service team via email at support@drpen.com.
  2. Please include a detailed description of the issue, a short video or clear photos demonstrating the defect, and your original order number or proof of purchase.
  3. If your claim is accepted, we will send you a confirmation and further instructions (including a shipping label if applicable) for returning the defective device.

Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Dr.pen be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the product, including skin irritation from improper use, even if Dr.pen has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
