Step 1: Preparation
Start with a freshly cleansed and dry face. Before you begin, make sure to sterilize your brand-new A11 needle cartridge in 75% isopropyl alcohol for about 5 to 10 minutes, then let it air dry completely. Twist the cartridge securely into your pen.

Step 2: Apply Your Hydrating Serum
To ensure the pen glides smoothly across your skin, apply a generous layer of a hydrating serum—such as pure Hyaluronic Acid—to the area you plan to treat first. We highly recommend working in small sections so the serum doesn't dry out.

Step 3: Power On & Adjust
Turn on your Dr. Pen A11. Use the convenient digital screen to select your desired speed level and gently rotate the dial to adjust the needle depth (we recommend starting at a very low setting, like 0.25mm, for your first time).

Step 4: Smooth & Gentle Movements
Gently glide the pen across your skin in a grid pattern—moving horizontally, vertically, and then diagonally. Let the device do the work; do not press down hard or drag the pen forcefully. Keep the skin slightly taut with your other hand for the best glide.

Step 5: Post-Treatment Care
Once finished, safely discard the single-use cartridge. Apply another layer of hydrating serum to soothe your skin. For the next 24 to 48 hours, keep your skin hydrated, avoid active ingredients (like retinol or Vitamin C), skip makeup, and always apply a broad-spectrum sunscreen if you go outside.
